A leading FMCG organisation is looking for a Unit HR Manager to manage HR and Industrial Relations operations at its manufacturing unit.
📍 Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra
💰 CTC: ₹25 LPA+
👤 Experience: HR/IR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment preferred
🗣️ Language: Marathi fluency is mandatory

We are particularly keen to hear from young military officers / veterans who have:
Strong people-management and leadership experience
A couple of years of corporate experience, preferably in HR, IR, manufacturing or a related function
Experience handling blue collar teams, employee engagement, discipline and grievance resolution.
Exposure to Labour-law and statutory compliance
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
The ability to work effectively in a plant/manufacturing environment
