Account Manager - Classroom Operations (Women only)
Work hours - 04:00 am -10 am and night 08:00 pm -10:00 pm
Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for end-to-end handling of assigned classrooms, ensuring smooth academic operations, parent coordination, teacher support, and financial accuracy. This role serves as the single point of contact for all activities related to a class.
Key Responsibilities
1. Classroom Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day functioning of assigned classrooms.
Maintain updated schedules, track session progress, and ensure timely class execution.
2. Scheduling & Coordination
Create, update, and manage class timetables.
Coordinate with teachers for availability, substitute classes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Communicate schedule updates to parents promptly.
3. Parent Communication & Support
Act as the primary contact for parents regarding class updates, queries, and concerns.
Share weekly reminders, class links, and notifications.
Schedule and coordinate PTMs for each student.
4. Onboarding & Documentation
Handle onboarding of new students: orientation, class allocation, teacher introduction.
Maintain accurate student records, IDs, and documentation.
5. Financial Tracking
Track fee payments, due dates, and renewals.
Share reminders with parents and coordinate with the finance team.
Maintain class-wise financial reports.
6. Quality Monitoring
Track class attendance and ensure timely reporting.
Collect feedback from parents and escalate issues if required.
Assist in improving classroom experience.
7. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with teachers, admins, and management for smooth operations.
Ensure timely sharing of resources, worksheets, and updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple classrooms.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Comfortable working with parents and teachers.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage last-minute changes.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in customer service, academic coordination, or operations (preferred).
