A leading organization is looking for a Distribution Center Manager to lead large-scale warehouse and logistics operations.

🔹 Role Overview
Responsible for the end-to-end operational success of the Distribution Center, managing high-volume fulfillment, ensuring on-time dispatch, and leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee warehouse operations – Inbound, Outbound, Inventory & Dispatch
• Manage middle-mile and first-mile logistics between hubs and stores
• Implement SOPs, audits, and process improvements
• Drive cost optimization and efficient workforce management
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (FSSAI / HACCP)
• Lead and mentor a large workforce of 350+ associates

✅ Essential Requirements
• Warehouse / Storekeeping logistics management experience is mandatory
• Experience in managing large teams
• Strong operational discipline and leadership skills
