• Lead end-to-end business process transitions across Finance & Supply Chain
• Drive governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and execution
• Manage complex, multi-geography programs from discovery to cutover & hypercare
• Strong alignment with veterans’ strengths in leadership, discipline, planning, and crisis management

Ideal profile:
• 3 to 4 years of leadership / program management corporate experience after the military service
• Exposure to transitions, transformations, or large operational programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership skills
• Certifications (PMP / PRINCE2 / Lean Six Sigma / Agile) preferred
